Delivery Time: 3-7 Days

Delivery times are based on business days, excluding weekends & public holidays.

Manual EFT order payments will only be processed once the funds have been transferred (may take up to 48 hours). Orders will automatically be cancelled, if payment is not received within 72 hours.

Returns & Refunds

In the unlikely event that your item has any defect or does not meet your colour expectations, MoJo must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. The product must thereafter be returned within 3 days.

All orders must be inspected upon delivery and signed off before the driver departs. Should you receive defective or damaged goods, please contact us on 082 575 5470 within 24 hours of delivery.

Should the product of your choice be out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

All approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days following inspection of the returned product. Refunds will be made via EFT into the customer’s nominated bank account upon receipt of official banking confirmation/details from the bank.

Please note that all refunds are subject to a 10% handling fee.
